Aiming for harmony, looking out for the right word. Taking nothing else for granted than freedom. Still exploring.

Journeys, journeys

Driven by a strong desire for far-off horizons and wonder, I left the Alps where I grew up, for university and to travel to other countries. From Sweden to Quebec, I dedicated my studies to conservation biology and other environmental sciences, and then moved away to experience on-the-ground realities, in Sri Lanka, India, and Madagascar.
For years, I sought to "save" the planet, before understanding its hidden meaning. Mother Earth. These journeys around the world took the form of a long, deep inner exploration - a path of healing for both body and heart, shedding light on my wounds and those of my lineage. Women’s memories.
Today, this healing, this celebration of the feminine, and a profound quest for harmony with the living world sit at the very heart of my offerings.

An Explor'Artist of the sensitive world

I am fascinated by understanding the intricate links between body and mind, between past, inherited memories and the present moment, between the visible and the invisible. Embarked on a quest for self and meaning for over fifteen years, I have developed an intuitive, embodied, and subtle approach to guidance.
At 21, I spent five weeks in an ashram in India, immersing myself in yoga and meditation - a practice I later deepened during several Vipassana retreats. Over the years, I have explored numerous paths of healing and self-knowledge: from Jungian psychoanalysis to Taoist practices, from the Tarot de Marseille to astrology, from Ayurveda to foot reflexology, from energy healing (Reiki, Qi Gong, Olfactotherapy) to the experience of a traditional Quechua-Lamista plant diet. I dived into the heart of my shadows and suffering. I made the intimate my laboratory. And all of this, among other things, shapes my gaze, my thought, and my approach to life and the body today.
Each step is an initiation and a liberation - from conditioning, from psychological or energetic blocks, from transgenerational memories. Today, I guide you to reveal yourself, to embody who you are, to see yourself fully, with love. Because when we walk this path within ourselves, when we reconnect to our own unique light, we allow ourselves to work towards a better world and greater harmony.
To wonder, in order to care.
Honoring the living world within.
Embodying one’s truth.

Becoming one with the Earth

Close contact with wilderness inspires me.
As a passionate and committed photographer, holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Management, I try to direct my light on the unexplored and the unseen, on actors of a more harmonious society, on nature that oscillates between splendor and fragility. And by means of pictures or words, I share this wonderfulness with authenticity, or maybe it's simply a certain understanding of the world through the filter of enthusiasm.
For nearly ten years, I documented my travels and slices of life abroad through a blog. Upon my return, to refine my pen and my gaze, I attended numerous writing workshops at the school Les Mots in Paris, as well as completed a training in multimedia journalism at the School Media Maker.
Committed to protecting biodiversity, I completed several internships and ecovolunteering projects, mostly in contact with the marine environment. My first book, Les promesses suspendues  (Librinova, 2023), retraces one of these experiences in Madagascar. From 2018 to 2020, I worked at the National Museum of Natural History on priority species for conservation, until life redirected me. Because alongside my travel journals, my camera was always there.
In a world suffering from imbalance, I explore the link between human beings and their natural living environment - forgotten here, preserved over there (somewhat) by the indigenous peoples, such a source of inspiration.

To wonder

To look, to look, and then to wonder!
The non-human living world, in all its beauty and fragility.
To wonder, in order to care.
My commitment to biodiversity, the oceans, and a harmonious relationship with our natural environment now unfolds through my guidance and my artistic creations.
