LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM offers a service for photo prints and finishes, hereinafter referred to as: Photo Prints, Printing on Rigid Media, and Finishes. This service is provided in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and use set forth below.

It is your responsibility to review the applicable terms and conditions on a regular basis. LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time.

You agree that the photo printing and finishing service will be provided to you subject to the current terms and conditions, which you acknowledge having read and accepted.

Please read them carefully and accept the terms by clicking the "Accept" icon at the bottom of the account creation form page. If you wish to reject these terms and conditions, do not click the "Accept" button. In that case, we will not be able to provide you with the service.

In any event, your confirmation of the order summary constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the currently valid terms and conditions, your full understanding of them, and your waiver of the right to rely on any other terms and conditions.

LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM offers an online photo printing service. To use this service, you need Internet access (any associated costs are your sole responsibility). You must therefore have all the necessary equipment, including a computer, a modem, or any other device needed to connect to the data network.

The prices charged by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM are those displayed on each item's page once you have selected the mount and size options.

No changes will apply to orders currently being processed. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT at a rate* of 20%, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are also listed in euros and include VAT at a rate* of 20%.

The prices listed in the order summary and in the order confirmation are the final prices and fees, including all taxes. Prices and shipping fees are payable online at the time of ordering.

To place an order for photo prints through LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM, you must first create an online account.

You must provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form, particularly regarding your identity, the identity of the order recipient, the shipping address, and the email address where an order confirmation can be sent.

LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM will confirm receipt of your order at the email address you provided.

No order is binding on LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM until it has been confirmed by email.

The information you provide when placing an order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient’s address details, LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM cannot be held responsible if it is unable to deliver the order. In particular, you will be responsible for the costs of redelivering an order due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the recipient’s absence, or the absence or misidentification of a mailbox.

LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM reserves the right to cancel your order if there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

4.1 Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has seven clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. For services, this period begins on the day the order confirmation is sent by email. If the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day.

4.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal may not be exercised—unless the parties have agreed otherwise—in particular for contracts:
- for the provision of services whose performance has begun, with the consumer’s consent, before the end of the seven-day period;

As part of the LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM service, you expressly agree that the service will begin before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period. In any event, the photo printing service is performed using customized files, according to your specifications, on various media and in various formats, resulting in the delivery of a distinctly personalized product.With respect to your order, you acknowledge that you do not have a right of withdrawal.

When you create your account, you will be identified by a username (email address) and a password that you will create.

Payment is made online using a credit card bearing the CB/Visa/Mastercard logo through the secure STRIPE payment system, an organization independent of LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM.

Payments on LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM are secure thanks to SSL and 3D encryption. All your banking information is fully protected and encrypted before being transmitted to the processing center.

Your order will not be confirmed by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM until the STRIPE system has processed the payment. If STRIPE declines the payment, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified by email.

The production and delivery times for prints listed on the Site and/or in the order confirmation are provided for informational purposes only.

In any case, LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM agrees to produce and deliver the prints within a maximum of 60 business days, starting from the day after the order is confirmed by email.

Pursuant to Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the consumer may, except in cases of force majeure, obtain a refund of the amounts paid for the order under the conditions set forth in Articles L114-1 and L121-20-1 of the same code.

Depending on the option you selected when placing your order, the prints will be delivered to the delivery address (ground floor) that you specified in your order.

Once your order is finalized—that is, once it is ready to be shipped—you will receive a notification email.

If the recipient or anyone else authorized to accept the photographic works is not present at the time of delivery by the postal service or a carrier, the postal service or the third-party carrier will leave a delivery notice instructing you to pick up the prints at the delivery address you provided.

Delivery will be considered complete upon the first attempt to deliver the shipment to the delivery address specified in the order.

LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM shall not be held liable in the event of a delay in picking up the prints from the post office or the carrier, or in the event that you fail to pick up the prints.

If, upon receiving your order, you notice that it was damaged during shipping, you may refuse delivery, specifying the reasons for your refusal; or, if you accept it, please note your comments on the delivery slip.

You must submit your complaint to LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM by email at lauren.terrigeol@gmail.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. If the photo prints need to be returned, they must be sent within 10 business days of the delivery date in their original packaging and at your expense to the following address: ESPACE GRAPHIQUE, 10 rue Charles Brifaut, 21000 DIJON.

The LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM service is covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. Furthermore, LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM is committed to providing you with a print that meets industry standards and conforms to the specifications of your order, as confirmed by email.

However, upon delivery, if you believe that the print produced by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM does not match the specifications you selected when you confirmed your order, you must submit a claim for non-conformity to us. You may be asked to return the print.

After review by ESPACE GRAPHIQUE, the print may, if applicable and depending on your choice, be picked up and reshipped at LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM’s expense, or refunded in the form of a credit or by any other payment method determined by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM.

However, if ESPACE GRAPHIQUE does not approve your claim, your original order will be returned to you.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but you may request a refund from LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM if the return is due to either an error by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM in processing the order or the delivery of a defective product.

All claims must be submitted electronically to lauren.terrigeol@gmail.com or by mail via certified letter with return receipt requested to ESPACE GRAPHIQUE, 10 rue Charles Brifaut - 21000 DIJON within 7 calendar days of delivery, specifying the order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Any claim of non-conformity that is not filed in accordance with the rules set forth above and within the specified time limits will not be considered by LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM.

You acknowledge that LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM has the right to terminate all or part of the access rights associated with your account and password, or even to delete your account and password, as well as to prohibit any further access to these files or the service in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions or in the event of force majeure. LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM may also, unilaterally and at any time, suspend the provision of the LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM service.You acknowledge that any termination of your access to the LAURENTERRIGEOL.COM service pursuant to the terms herein may occur without prior notice, at any time, and with immediate effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions; the provision to be inserted in place of the invalid one shall be the one currently in effect. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In all disputes or legal proceedings, without exception, only the courts of ANNECY (74) shall have jurisdiction.
